Booking Terms & Conditions
These booking terms apply to all reservations made with L&D Vastgoed Groep, operating under the trade names Amsterdam Canal Suites and 1637: Historic Canal View Suites, located at Herengracht 359, 1016 BA, Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

1. Rates & Payment
We offer two types of rates:
Standard Rate

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the check-in date.

In case of cancellation within 14 days before check-in, the full amount of the reservation may be charged.
Non-Refundable Rate (on request only)

A non-refundable rate may be offered upon request, subject to availability.

This rate includes a 10% discount compared to the standard rate.

Reservations made under the non-refundable rate cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded, regardless of the reason.

The full amount will be charged upon confirmation of the non-refundable booking.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows

For standard rate bookings cancelled after the free cancellation period, or in case of a no-show, the full reservation amount may be charged.

No refunds will be issued for early departures.
3. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in and check-out times are communicated prior to arrival.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. House Rules

The property is non-smoking unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Guests are expected to treat the accommodation with care. Any damage caused during the stay may be charged to the guest.
5. Liability
L&D Vastgoed Groep is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the stay, unless caused by gross negligence.
6. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
By making a reservation, the guest confirms having read, understood, and agreed to these booking terms and conditions.
